    They blew over €100 million in that one, crazy isn’t it. You think that anyone with half a brain would put something like that out to tender on a no win – no pay basis. I say that they could have it done for a few million and have a working system and all. Somehow one would think the people on top can’t do anything,why are they in charge then ?

    What happened to the person who got €1 million, did they get to keep it by any chance.
