This government should begin, by issuing a public apology to Mr O Brien and Mr Lowery and ask for forgiveness. These tribunals Are the very reason why our country is down the plug hole. Any forum that doesn't give a fair and proper right of reply to an individual is fundamentally dishonest. Forget O Briens millions, he came into this world like everyone of us, with nothing and he will leaving with nothing but his good name, I believe, he will be vindicated along with Mr Lowery. I don't know either men and have never met them, but lets be fair minded and afford them some degree of respect. They are highly successful and didn't have to wait around for entertain this type of rubbish levied at them from useless lawyers.
